  • Existing and Proposed Drain Plans produce Sectional Drawing showing how to build over the public drains.

When your bespoke designs are ready, you will have an invite to a call with your nominated architect. In this call, you will be presented with your proposed design to review. This is where you can ask questions and use your free 3 amendments. When you are satisfied, we will get the logistics in place before submission to ensure a smooth application process for your design.

Because you have a nominated architect. Our process is quick at an affordable price. The timescales for planning permission in business days are:

  • Day 0 – Free consultation call
  • Day 5 – A full measured survey
  • Day 10 – Floor plans & elevation drawings
  • Day 70 – Planning Conclusion – Up to 10 weeks Dependant on Council* 
  • Day 85 – Technical drawings

* Some councils are still experiencing backlogs from COVID-19. Therefore they are slower than our previous 8 week timeframe of Planning Conclusion prior to 2020.

Whatever you are comfortable with. You can pay in full or stage your payments with 0% APR. We want the experience of making your house a home as stress-free as we can on our side. We do not offer a ‘buy now, pay later’.
