Survey
A measured survey of your home, so every drawing that follows is built on what is actually there, not what an old plan claims. It is the quiet step that prevents the expensive surprises later.

Design
Sketches you can react to, refined through conversation into a scheme you would genuinely build. You see the thinking, not just the final picture, so the home that emerges is yours.

Planning
The application, written for the planners who will read it. Drawings, documents and the supporting case, prepared to give your project its best chance the first time.

Handover
A construction-ready package. The brief, the drawings and the known risks all visible, so the people who build it know exactly what they are building.

Build
The same team that designed it manages the trades and runs the site. Your project is built from the drawings we prepared, by people we know. If you would rather use a builder of your own, the package is written so they can.
