Terms of use
Last updated: 27 May 2026
These terms set out the basis on which you may use The Plan Hub website. By using the site, you accept them.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and The Plan Hub Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. References to "we", "us" and "The Plan Hub" mean that company.
2. About the site
The Plan Hub covers the design-and-planning phase of residential building work in the United Kingdom: idea through to a planning-approved, construction-ready handover. The build phase is out of scope. We stop where construction begins.
The site is in its early phase. We may add, change, or remove features without notice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, attempt to access parts of the site you have not been authorised to access, scrape the site by automated means, upload anything unlawful or harmful, or submit information that is not yours to share. We may remove content and suspend access where these rules are broken.
4. Intellectual property
The site, its content, its design system, and the marks and wordmark of The Plan Hub belong to us or to our licensors. All rights are reserved. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not copy, reproduce, or republish any part of it without our written permission.
5. No professional advice yet given
Content on the site is general guidance about UK home design and planning. It is not legal, financial, planning, structural, or surveying advice. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Any work you instruct us to do will be covered by a separate written agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data arising from your use of the site. We do not warrant that the site will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising under them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last reviewed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
